Exercise

I hate it. That is the reality, I absolutely hate to work out and you may say to yourself yeah I hated it in the beginning too, but once I became an addict to exercising I started to love it. All I can say to that is congratu- freakin- lations! Aren't you just AWESOME and by awesome I mean total crap. Okay not really I am just very envious of your love for exercising.

I am pretty sure I will never get to that point. However, I do tend to think that every work out DVD I come across out there will be the solution to my hate for exercising, as you can tell from my growing collection and my current feelings it hasn't worked yet.

  1. Hahaha!! I never understand "those people" either - the ones who love to workout. I hate it too, but I know it's a must (like going to the dentist). I just wish I was more diligent about it :o/

  2. Hey... that looks just like the stack of at home workout videos I have. haha

I don't know that I'll ever love working out. I always feel better once I've gone but I have a hard time putting "go to the gym" into a daily routine. Downsides of being unemployed in a town where you do know anyone I suppose.

Sometimes I like to think I'll be that cool girl with a love for working out and then I snap out of it and realize I have way better things to do like cook and crochet on the couch. haha

    Love your blog btw!

  3. I have pretty much every one of those DVDs too. I thought I would like the 30 day shred, but after three days of hobbling around in pain, I gave up on that too. (At least you don't give up the search!)
