The Right Stuff: lighting

We are throwing a little get together in a few weeks to celebrate Spring and the completion of my husbands studio out back. It will be a fun day and I think we need some of these fabulous lantern like things to hang from our big holly tree. It would make for a fab setting and a little mood lighting. Gotta get the ladies in the right mood to gossip.

If you are like me you are thinking about new years resolutions even though we haven't celebrated Christmas yet. If you are even more like me for the four hundredth time (ok only 27 since I am only 27) you are resolving to lose weight or keep it off or something in terms of your body and appearance. Well let me just remind you.

Coming Soon

The new year is just around the corner, exactly 2 months away. I can hardly believe that. It feels like the new year just happened. With that so fresh and so clean clean year, comes the need for a new calendar.

I bought Cicada studios tea towel calendar last year and I adore it. It hangs in my laundry/second bathroom/exit to my back yard room and it comes in handy as I can see it from my kitchen. If you are like me and love getting that new calendar I strongly suggest this one. She is taking pre-orders right now.

In other news I hope you had a terrifyingly scary Halloween with lots of visits from little hobgoblins. We had a few visit our door, but now I am trying to figure out what shit to do with the pound of candy left over. Looks like Andrew office with be getting a TON of snickers and reeses cups. XOXO

I mean I don't know that I need to even talk further about any of these adorb things. I mean the pillows I need them to cuddle with on the sofa. The tissue box cover should be on my coffee table. I will write letters to all 3 of my mothers on those super cute cards and thank them for loving me. I will do that while rocking that adorable hair pin. I mean that pretty much sums up the awesome sauce of it all.
