JA love

Dear readers, I'm still here. Thanks for asking.....wait you didn't. Jerks!! Either way I am still blogging. There have just been some crazy developments in my life lately. Work has gotten a little crazy, and then there is the book series that has currently sucked me in. It is by far the best smut novel I have ever read. Yes smut people, but I am not even sure that is the right category.  So maybe I will call it slightly trashy romance. Maybe you have heard of it.... Fifty Shades of Grey. 

With all that said, it brings to light my love for Jonathan Adler, since that purple thing in the picture above is my nook and my chubby fingered hands have been wrapped around that thing constantly since discovering this book series. I will just say this, I am here but busy. More fun posts to come next week.

Life as I know it

I have been working at home a lot lately, and in working at home there is lots of Pandora listening and plenty of movies being watched. Love Sword in the stone.

Browsing lots of old family photos. That lovely lady on the left is my dear sweet Granny...known to her 4 granddaughters as grandrenie. She was the most amazing woman ever. There on the right, yep you guessed it folks, that is yours truly. Try to tell me that toothy grin of mine isn't the cutest. I think my teeth resemble my pumpkins a little.

I have been a little obsessed with those diet sparkling cranberry drinks. They are so good. While drinking those fab drinks I am always sporting my newest fav nail polish commander in chic, because... I certainly am...mmmmk?

Been loving the crap out of the weather. Nice and crispy in the morning and warmer in the afternoon. Love that little doggy of mine too, he is sporting his season appropriate scarf.

Enjoying lately

Candy that speaks to my heart....Sassy tarts...where are those kinds of ladies hehehe. Blow pops and tootsie pops makes the day that much more fun.

My French press for 1.... makes a mean cup of jo in my cubicle. Tea...lots and lots of tea. I have been in the hot drink mood lately.

Loaded baked potato bars at the office...man oh man it's like a party in my mouth. Grilled cheese from when I worked at home, with a little milky way treat as well.

Fun new glasses and faces. Lots and lots of reading....well attempts at reading, once I am in the bed I normally don't last long.

New best friend

I gave myself a wonderful early birthday present this past weekend and it has since then become my new best friend. I am talking about my iPhone people!! I finally joined the masses and got one and I can't believe I waited this long! I am madly madly in love with it. It is so easy to use, so fun, and has some of the most awesome sauce phone apps.

 My favorite app (and everyone else's too apparently) is instagram. It has great affects and is so fun to you. A little shot of my bangs they got a trim yesterday, a very comfy corner in my house, my kitty cat trying to help me work, and our killer record player. I was enjoying some U2 while working at home yesterday.

That you rock pen makes me smile, I wore cute shoes with socks yesterday apparently I like to get dressed up when I work at home and no one can see me. A shot of my sleeping puppy he is such a bum, and well me in all my classy hotness.....what you don't think that's classy??!?

The other app I have been enjoying is label box. It is super fun to add a creative label to your photo. Apparently I like drinks alcoholic and otherwise. I was enjoying some lovely Trader Joe's wine the other night, and I drink A LOT of water at work. I mean a lot of water.

I would say you can probably expect to see a lot of these types of photos as I am kind of obsessed with taking photos with my phone! Are there any iphone apps you love? I would love to find some more!
